Traineeship and Management Development programs
The traineeship program lasts about 24 months and is largely tailored to individual trainees. On completion of the traineeship, you may move on to any one of a number of different positions depending on vacancies and, of course, your personal interests. In time, a good performance record may see you progress to one of our other development programs, where promising employees are prepared for a suitable management or specialist position in the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group.
Training opportunities
During the traineeship you attend courses on product knowledge and information sessions on the specific professional disciplines within the company. This group training program is complemented by an individual training program designed to further specific knowledge and skills. The Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group has developed close cooperative relationships with various training institutes for the delivery of courses. Throughout the traineeship you will be supported by a coach.
Your profile
We are looking for candidates for our traineeship program who have recently graduated or expect to graduate soon from a hogeschool (higher professional education) or university, preferably in the field of technical business management or economics. You will also be flexible, have good communication skills in Dutch and English, have organizational and commercial skills, be creative and have the capacity to solve problems.
